Texas Cowboy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Corn Flake Cereal
  • 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Butterscotch Chips

Instructions

  • Blend butter and sugars together
  • Add eggs, and beat until fluffy
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the egg mixture
  • Stir in cornflakes, oats, vanilla, and chocolate & butterscotch chips
  • Scoop onto greased or lined cookie sheets
  • Bake at 350° F (175° C) for 15 minutes
  • Cool on wire racks
