Ingredients

  • Tequila Blanco - 2oz. shots per cocktail
  • Wedges of Lime - about 4 per cocktail about 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 2-3 T honey
  • 1 Spring Fresh Mint
  • Ice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Optional- Salt for rimming the glasses if desired

Instructions

  • In a cocktail mixer, squeeze the 3 lime wedges but then also add them to the cup so that you can muddle in the fragrance of the oils in the lime wedge. Add fresh mint into the cocktail mixer.
  • Muddle the lime and mint for 1 min.
  • Add the honey and tequila (4 oz. tequila if making 2 cocktails).
  • Add a scoop of ice and just a splash of sparkling water to help the shaking process.
  • Put the lid on the cocktail mixer and shake it for 30 seconds. Pop the lid off and pour the mixture into a drinking glass.
  • Top off with extra sparkling water, if needed.
