A simple smoked chuck roast recipe! This recipe will share the techniques for an ultra juicy experience with a great smoke ring and fantastic beefy flavor!

INGREDIENTS

Chuck roast Kosher salt Black pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Apple juice Barbecue sauce 

Prepare your smoker. Trim chuck roast.

Dry brine your chuck roast and season with beef dry rub.

Smoke beef chuck roast until internal temperature reaches 170.

Remove and wrap with butcher paper and place back in smoker until temperature reaches 195.

Remove the chuck roast and place in the oven, or rest in an igloo cooler.

Slice it up and Serve!
