INGREDIENTS

Whole brisket Beef barbecue Rub/ Award Winning Brisket Rub

Insert a water pan in smoker and preheat. Place brisket in freezer for 30 minutes to stiffen.

Pull out brisket from freezer and trim. Dry off the mixture and sprinkle beef rub on every surface of the brisket.

Place brisket in the smoker. Continue smoking until an desired temperature is reached, double wrap the brisket with butcher paper.

When the desired temperature is reached, pull the brisket off and double wrap the already wrapped brisket with towels, and place it in an insulated cooler.
