Texas-style chili gravy enchiladas with cheese and white onion, just like your favorite Tex Mex joint!

INGREDIENTS

Ground beef Kosher salt Black pepper White onion Texas chili powder Powdered garlic Mexican oregano Cumin Flour Salt Beef stock Lemon juice Medium cheddar Corn tortillas Oil

Make the chili gravy.

Prepare the corn tortillas for rolling into enchiladas. Make the enchiladas.

Ladle the hot chili gravy sauce on top of the enchiladas. Bake and serve with extra cheese and onions on top!
